Personal data policy

1. Who processes the data

The operator is sole trader Denis Nikolaevich Sumarokov, tax number 262103369171.

Email for data requests: contact@lgconsult.ru.

The policy follows Russian federal law 152-FZ on personal data.

2. What is collected

When a person writes: name, email, phone and whatever else the letter contains.

When a person just opens the site: page address, referrer, device type, browser and city.

The counter also receives the device network address. It is used to guess the city and is not shown to us.

Card data never reaches the site: payment happens on the provider side.

3. Why it is needed

Letter data — to answer, run a calculation and issue an invoice.

Visit data — to see which pages are read and which are ignored.

Data is not used for mailing lists or advertising.

4. Visit counter

The site runs Yandex Metrica. It collects anonymous behaviour data.

Metrica records mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. This recording is called webvisor.

Data goes to Yandex LLC under its own rules.

Blocking cookies does not stop the counter: it stops recognising the visitor but keeps sending requests. A tracker blocking extension stops it fully.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores in the browser.

The site sets only visit counter cookies. Language comes from the page address, not from a cookie.

The browser can block cookies. The site keeps working.

6. Who receives the data

Yandex LLC — anonymous visit data.

The payment provider — data needed for payment and the receipt, entered by the payer.

The fiscal data operator — receipt details: what was bought, for how much and where to send the receipt.

State bodies — on a lawful request.

Nobody else receives the data, and it is never sold.

7. How long data is kept

Letters and their data: three years from the last message.

Visit data in the counter: for the period the counter service sets.

Payment documents: five years, as accounting law requires.

8. Data inside the system

Opti Route has its own entrance at optiroute.lgconsult.ru. This policy covers it as well.

It holds the name and email of the client staff, the floor plan, item data and picking orders.

The data belongs to the client. The provider uses it only to route picking and run orders.

After the contract ends it is deleted on the client written request within thirty days.

9. Your rights

You may ask what data exists, have it corrected or deleted.

You may withdraw consent by writing to contact@lgconsult.ru.

An answer arrives within thirty days.

10. How data is protected

The site works over a secure connection.

Only the provider has access to letters and documents.

Data is not moved to countries without protection for data subjects.
