Contract
This is an offer to enter a contract. Payment means agreement with the terms below.
Services are provided by sole trader Denis Nikolaevich Sumarokov, tax number 262103369171, registration number 320265100038055.
Below he is called the provider. The client is whoever paid for a service.

First: access to Opti Route, which builds picking routes on a warehouse plan. Access is monthly.
Second: warehouse work. A floor from a drawing or a survey, address loading, order link to the record system, gain estimate, training, changes, installation on the customer's server.
Routing on the client plan for one floor is free and forms no contract.
A new workspace comes with three demo floors and ten free calculations on them, plus ten on your own plan. The trial has no deadline.
A calculation that failed because of a plan error is not counted against the free ones.
The plan editor is part of the access: the customer may draw the floor themselves. Database backups run daily and are kept for seven days.
Access: 5,000 RUB a month for a total floor area up to 300 m², 10,000 RUB up to 1,500 m², 15,000 RUB above that.
Work: a floor from a drawing 19,000 RUB up to 300 m², 38,000 RUB up to 1,500 m², 57,000 RUB above. On-site survey 4,700 RUB an hour, four hours minimum, a visit within Saint Petersburg 3,000 RUB; other cities by agreement.
Loading addresses and items 10,000 RUB, record system link 47,000 RUB, gain estimate — floor price plus 15,000 RUB.
Training and the first month of support 37,000 RUB, changes 4,700 RUB an hour, installation on the customer's server 113,000 RUB once. The subscription stays in force with an installation on your own server.
Prices are in roubles. The provider adds no value added tax: a simplified tax regime applies.
Prices may change. A paid month and started work keep the price of the payment day.
Payment goes through a payment provider by card or by bank transfer.
Access is paid a month ahead. Work is paid by invoice, in full or in parts.
A receipt is sent to the email given at payment. It is issued through a fiscal data operator.
Access counts as delivered for every day the client workspace is open and the system runs.
Work counts as accepted when the result is handed over. Objections are due within five working days.
If no objections arrive within five days, the work counts as accepted and is paid in full.
Deadlines are named before the start and written into the invoice or a letter.
The client may stop using a service on any day.
For access, the unused days of the month are refunded, counted by day.
For work, whatever has not been started is refunded. Started and delivered work is paid for.
A refund request goes to the provider email. Money returns the same way it came.
The term is ten working days. For a consumer buyer the term follows consumer protection law, which is shorter.
The provider answers for routing on the plan given and for work done as described.
The provider does not answer for the client decisions on goods layout or for losses from warehouse downtime.
Liability is limited to what the client paid: a month of access, or the price of the work in question.
The provider does not answer for network outages, payment provider failures or client hardware.
The floor plan, item data and orders belong to the client. They are used only to run the system.
Personal data is processed under the policy at lgconsult.ru/en/politika/.
When the contract ends, the provider deletes client data on a written request within thirty days.
Payment documents are the exception: the law requires keeping them five years.
The parties write to each other first. A dispute letter is answered within ten working days.
Ordinary questions go faster: a calculation request is answered within a working day.
If that fails, the dispute goes to court at the provider location.
The law of the Russian Federation applies.
The provider may change this offer. A new version applies from the day it appears on the site.
A paid month and started work keep the version of the payment day.
